I am a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT). I completed a three-year, full-time course to qualify as a teacher in 1999. I was trained by Walter Carrington at the Constructive Teaching Centre.
I teach classes for Lewisham Community Education, workshops for a variety of organisations and have a private practice based in South London.
My private lessons are given in Streatham or Crystal Palace. They last approximately 40 minutes and cost £28 each.
Both locations have excellent transport links and there is plenty of free parking near my Streatham base.
